Oktoberfest Trivia

If you’ve been to the Rotary Oktoberfest of Carroll County Facebook page, you may have seen today’s trivia contest. If you didn’t already know the answer, let us educate you on proper Oktoberfest Etiquette.
When we are at the Carroll County Oktoberfest, we’ll raise our steins to the air and say “Prost” before drinking our ice cold brews as this is the proper German way of saying cheers. Another popular toast is “Zum Wohl”, which is the German way to say “To Your Health.”
