Governor Larry Hogan is Coming to Oktoberfest!
Posted on October 2, 2018
We are pleased to announce that Governor Hogan will be visiting the Rotary Oktoberfest of Carroll County this Sunday in the early afternoon! We are so proud to welcome him to the festivities and we ask that everyone join us in celebrating this grand occasion!
A Little More About Governor Hogan
Governor Larry Hogan was elected as Governor of Maryland back in 2015 and since then, has employed a true sense of bipartisanship in his actions and policies. Before he was elected as governor, he began a grassroots organization known as Change Maryland in 2011. Since his political career began, he has opposed taxes and dedicated himself to the improvement of our fair state.
Since taking office, Governor Hogan has lowered taxes, fees, and tolls for the people of Maryland. He has created over 100,000 new jobs across the state. He has invested in important infrastructure like roads and bridges, all of which are either currently in progress or completely replaced or repaired as of October 2nd.
We couldn’t be more honored to have Governor Larry Hogan at our event, so let’s give him a warm Carroll County welcome!
